I am working with a specialist MGA to recruit a Commercial Analyst to join their team in South East London. As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance, supporting strategic planning, and contributing to the success of three key products. This is a hands on role, working closely with the Managing Director to help shape and implement a three-year rolling growth plan while providing financial analysis, operational support, and strategic insights.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the MD to design and execute a three-year growth strategy for three key products.
Analyze and monitor monthly revenue, including forecasts and True Up assessments.
Develop consistent, actionable reporting processes for team performance and operations.
Oversee pricing recommendations and approvals to ensure market competitiveness.
Conduct detailed ROI evaluations for the three products.
Adopt a data-driven strategy to enhance pipeline growth.
Restructure SharePoint for easier access to critical data.
Key Experience:
The Commercial Analyst requires someone with;
Strong analytical skills; experience analysis numbers in a commercial environment.
Project Management or Commercial analytics experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills (Power BI experience is a bonus)
Ability to interpret and present complex data to a varied audience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in pricing strategies and ROI analysis.
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience) Location: West Wickham (South East London) - Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office) Start Date: Up to 3 months notice period.
