A global electric utility company is looking to bring on board a Commercial Contracts Paralegal on a contract basis (3-6 months).
This fully remote role would involve assisting in a project implementing a new ERS system, where a good amount of leases, contracts, and data will need to be structured and input onto the new IFS system.
Skills/experience:
- Commercial contracts experience
- Background in commercial/banking
- Around 2 years' similar experience
