We are pleased to be partnering with an international insurer to support the hire of a Commercial Fronting Lead to cover a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a pivotal role to ensure oversight and governance of the company’s front arrangements; identifying commercial risks and corresponding controls, and managing compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • leading the negotiation of commercial terms and conditions with potential fronting partners
  • documenting agreements with legal teams and designing processes to ensure timely sharing of terms
  • serving as a central point of contact for fronted agreements
  • annual renegotiation of terms and conditions

To be successful in this position, candidates should have experience managing either fronting arrangements or binding authority contracts, a proven track record in contractual risk management and negotiation, and experience building good governance around either fronting arrangements or binding authority agreements. Along with a profitability focused and commercial mindset.
