Commercial Fronting Manager

We are pleased to be partnering with an international insurer to support their recruitment for a Commercial Fronting Manager.

Due to continued success and growth over the last 12 months this role has been created as a key hire to ensure oversight and governance of the company’s front arrangements; identifying commercial risks and corresponding controls, and managing compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the negotiation of commercial terms and conditions with potential fronting partners
• Documenting agreements with legal teams and designing processes to ensure timely sharing of terms
• Serving as a central point of contact for fronted agreements
• Annual renegotiation of terms and conditions

To be successful in this position, candidates should have experience managing either fronting arrangements or binding authority contracts, a proven track record in contractual risk management and negotiation, and experience building good governance around either fronting arrangements or binding authority agreements.
