Company Secretarial Assistant/Excutive Assistant Role

An excellent company offering hybrid working and no set working hours within the day. The role sits between the legal and compliance departments.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Head of Legal with management of the Board and Committees diary and agenda and preparation of Board and Committees’ meetings
Supporting monitoring of the corporate inbox and updating the diary and liaison with other Board members
Supporting with meeting management, including the chasing of actions, drafting of agendas and delivery of papers to the Board and its Committees
Assisting in preparation of Board and Committees minutes, action logs, regulatory communication, Companies House filings and associated administrative tasks
Drafting Board resolutions
Efficient management of the Board and Committees diary, updating Board and Committees agenda, planners and management of scheduling 2023 meetings
Assisting with statutory filings including share allotments and changes in Directors’ appointments
Arranging document execution, notarisations and apostilling
Administrative support including inbox management (as required), expense processing, and travel/accommodation arrangements
Supporting the Head of Compliance in the preparation of compliance reports to the company’s standing committees
General secretarial duties, including collecting and analysing information, drafting and filing communications, letters and documents
About you: - Expierienced in supporting with corporate office tasks / company secretarial duties such as supporting with minute taking, diary arrangement, drafting agendas etc. - One years experience with role requirements
