Arthur have partnered with a well established Broker with an international presence who are seeking a Compliance Integration Advisor (M&A) to join the M&A team. This role can be based anywhere in the UK with hybrid working 2/3 days a week into the nearest office local to you.
Main Duties:
Assist the Global CRO and Group CRO with the onboarding process ensuring all mergers and acquisitions are adhering to business policies and procedures.
Build relationships with stakeholders, key business partners and underwriters throughout the onboarding process
Work closely with senior management to ensure processes, policies, procedures and controls are being met throughout the process
Working with regional leads on remediation actions from due diligence reviews
Background/Experience:
3+ years experience within Risk/Compliance in a financial services environment
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations
Experience working within Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
Bi-lingual is a strong advantage
International Compliance exposure is a strong advantage
