Compliance Manager - Lloyds Market Insurance

Role Purpose:
- To provide focused and effective support to the business in respect of regulatory and governance issues
- Implement and maintain internal procedures to manage regulatory matters across Compliance.
- Take ownership for the adherence to the relevant Lloyd’s Principles
Accountabilities:
- To monitor and maintain the organisations adherence to the Lloyd’s Principles
- To deliver advice and guidance, projects or training as required to support the business.
- To manage the regulatory framework including horizon scanning.
- To own the different compliance due diligence processes for the organisation
- To be responsible for the sanctions and financial crime framework
- To maintain and execute the regulatory training strategy
- To own the organisation’s formal compliance monitoring programme.
- To monitor the customer outcomes process.
- Oversight of compliance registers and logs
Required Experience:
- Experience within the Lloyd’s of London environment
- Thorough understanding of PRA and FCA requirements required
- Relevant experience in a Compliance focused role within the London Insurance Market
