Job Title: Compliance Monitoring Manager
Location: City of London
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum, plus benefits
Reporting into: Head of Global Compliance

I am pleased to be partnered with a is currently seeking a Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting compliance monitoring activities to ensure that the company meets its regulatory obligations and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing the compliance monitoring program to ensure that it is effective and efficient.
  • Conducting regular compliance monitoring activities, such as reviews of processes, policies, and procedures, to identify any non-compliance or regulatory risks.
  • Communicating findings to relevant stakeholders and working with them to develop and implement appropriate remedial action plans.
  • Providing advice and guidance to the business on regulatory requirements and expectations.
  • Staying up-to-date with regulatory developments and assessing their impact on the business.
  • Preparing compliance monitoring reports for senior management and the Board.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Maintaining accurate records of compliance monitoring activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a compliance monitoring role in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
