Job Title: Compliance Monitoring Officer
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: Remote with infrequent visits to the office
Role
- Participate in specific initiatives/projects to investigate metrics and data available across the business.
- Provide support in the development of relevant management information.
- Review reporting and understand regulatory performance, key emerging risks, trends etc.
- Where any risk indicators are identified, verify the results and consider if action required.
- Undertake specific thematic reviews, or elements of, either independently or with other Central Monitoring team members.
Experience Required
Essential-
- Working for an Insurance Broker or insurer/MGA (this does not include banking, life insurance, medical/health insurance, FOS)- minimum 2 years.
- Experience of operating in a monitoring or audit role of a financial services firm.
- Experience of analysing data.
Ideal-
- Retail, commercial, corporate and London Market insurance experience in a national broker
