What you'll Bring & Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver compliance projects on time and within budget.
  • Define objectives, milestones, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct assessments and audits, recommending corrective actions.
  • Stay current with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Report findings and escalate issues to maintain momentum.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in compliance project delivery within insurance.
  • Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks and policy environments.
  • Skilled in cross-functional project management.
  • Familiarity with Prince2 or Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
