We are seeking a dedicated Credit Controller to join our insurance clients finance team. The role focuses on ensuring timely premium payments, maximising collections, and managing credit control transactions efficiently. This includes reconciling aged credit accounts, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and continuously improving processes to achieve team objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and manage aged debtor and credit balance reports.
Reconcile aged credit accounts and ensure accurate trading records.
Collaborate with underwriters to resolve queries and escalate issues as needed.
Monitor and process various payment methods to maintain accurate data records.
Address customer inquiries and ensure adherence to team KPIs.
Document processes, provide team support, and promote continuous improvement.
Uphold regulatory standards, including honesty, fairness, and delivering good outcomes for customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in the full receivables process.
Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel at an intermediate level).
