A fast-growing tech focused insurance business are looking to expand their Data Science function. They’ve experienced consistent success as their proprietary decisioning platform allows real time machine learning decisions to be deployed across all aspects of the insurance value chain, delivering a highly automated and low cost business model with exceptional loss ratio results. 

As a Customer Data Analyst, you would sit in the data/data science team and work closely with their customer and operations team looking at various journey, product and service-related issues.
 
Key requirements:

  • Eperience in working with customer data such as data from websites interactions, marketing impact, customer service calls, or customer feedback (NPS, CSAT, complaints etc).
  • Good stakeholder management 
  • Experience with a wide range of data analytical tasks (e.g. gathering requirements, data cleaning and validation, ad-hoc analyses, dashboard/report creation, visualisation, KPI monitoring, etc.) 
  • Strong SQL skills
