Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end process for Delegated Authority business, from onboarding and bordereaux management through to audit coordination
• Ensure compliance with Lloyd’s and internal governance frameworks
• Review performance data and assist with KPI reporting and insights for stakeholders
• Support the automation of coverholder management workflows and improve reporting tools
• Work closely with underwriting, compliance and third-party stakeholders to ensure effective oversight

Experience required

• An understanding of Delegated Authority operations within the Lloyd’s market
• Confident working with Excel and handling technical data
• Proven organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities
• Sharp attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
• A desire to question, improve and take ownership of processes
