Data Business Analyst with London Market Insurance experience required by market leading insurance company to support the business analysis team, working on both BAU and strategic change initiatives with the Data Team.
This is a London based role with hybrid working and a basic salary up to £80k per annum. You will have experience working in a fast-paced agile environment and consider yourself a front-end insurance product SME.
You will have:
London Market Insurance experience
Extensive experience with data migration, data quality, and data lakehouse initiatives
Agile experience
Working experience of web and cloud technology
Excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder management
High impact presentation skills, demonstrated leadership skills and ability to think strategically
Key responsibilities:
Manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle, including negotiation of trade-offs where necessary, and considering constraints and stakeholder requirements
Act as a conduit between Data, IT, Underwriting, Operations, and Finance teams
Oversee User Acceptance Testing, report outcomes, and prioritize risks for stakeholder understanding
Introduce innovative approaches to enhance products, services, and effectiveness of DUAL Data initiatives
Design and assess business processes, ensuring clear decision-making and feasibility
