My client is a leading Global Insurer that are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with experience of working on data platform projects, with strong Azure experience. Being successful will require you to be able to manage multiple project deliveries at the same time and have an outstanding attention to details.
Responsibilities
Experience in Azure platform architecture and developing data engineering pipeline.
Experience in SQL and Python (Spark)
Provide technical authority in data engineering
Lead the Data Engineering team to their optimum performance level
Implementation of modern development practices including TDD and CI/CD processes
Requirements
Experience of working as a Data Engineer or similar role
Proven track record in Data Engineering and supporting the business to gain true insight from data
Proven experience working with insurance data
Experience with data tools (e.g. ADF, Python and SQL.) and Azure.
