Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting with the oversight and governance of delegated authority agreements across multiple business areas.
• Managing and reviewing bordereaux data, supporting the production of MI reports and dashboards.
• Supporting broker onboarding and due diligence processes, ensuring records and documentation are maintained.
• Maintaining binder registers and tracking documentation to meet internal and regulatory standards.
• Helping to prepare and review binding authority agreements, renewals and endorsements.
• Contributing to delegated authority and broker management projects, identifying areas for improvement.
Experience required:
• Previous experience within insurance, ideally within delegated authority, underwriting operations, or broker support.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with a good eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues and external partners.
• A proactive mindset and enthusiasm to learn new skills and develop within a growing function.
