This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected Lloyd’s market insurer in a role focused on delegated authority audit oversight. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high standards in audit delivery and coverholder governance, gaining exposure across the full audit lifecycle from scheduling to remediation.

Key responsibilities:
• Support the end-to-end coverholder audit process, including scheduling, scoping and follow-up actions
• Maintain the coverholder audit schedule and manage the internal audit mailbox
• Review audit reports, record findings and assist in the follow-up of recommendations
• Liaise with brokers, underwriters and compliance teams to track and resolve outstanding actions
• Update systems and databases with audit outcomes and ensure information is accurately maintained
• Monitor auditor relationships, including maintaining an approved auditor list and terms of business
• Work with compliance to identify and escalate risks relating to high-conduct risk products

What you’ll need:
• Some experience in delegated authority, ideally with exposure to coverholder audits
• Understanding of Lloyd’s audit and delegated authority frameworks
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage large volumes of data
• Clear communicator with good organisational skills and a proactive mindset
• Project coordination or stakeholder management experience would be beneficial
