We’re delighted to be working with a global insurer with offices world wide to support the recruitment for a newly created Delegated Authority Manager.

This is a pivotal hire which will see you working closely with the Head of Delegated, looking at standardising processes and bringing your experience to add value to the business in a highly collaborative company.

Responsibilities include;

  • Full oversight of the due diligence and onboarding of both coverholders and delegated claims administration, with management responsibilities for the team
  • Ownership of all post bind processes, ensuring time lines are met by the team
  • Attending committee meetings; including the delegated oversight group
  • Develop strong working relationships with underwriting and claims to ensure excellent support is maintained
  • Deputise for the Head of in your area of specialism when needed

To be considered for the role you will have;

  • Strong people management skills and experience
  • Excellent technical and regulatory knowledge of delegated authority requirements ideally for both DUA and DCA's
  • Experience work on consumer binder business
