This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly technical governance role at the core of Delegated Authority oversight. You’ll play a vital part in managing the regulatory and governance framework around MGA and TPA relationships, with a specific focus on ensuring compliance with DA regulation and internal control standards.

This role is ideal for someone with strong governance experience and a solid understanding of DA regulation who is confident working with senior stakeholders, supporting committee activity and overseeing regulatory and contractual processes. It offers a rare blend of technical depth, stakeholder engagement and C-Suite exposure within a well-supported team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the governance oversight of MGA and TPA arrangements across the portfolio
  • Working closely with the Chief Delegated Authority Officer in Germany and senior stakeholders in London
  • Managing Terms of Reference for internal committees and contributing to preparation ahead of C-suite level meetings
  • Reviewing and overseeing material changes to delegated contracts and onboarding processes
  • Acting as a key contact across governance forums, supporting decision-making through clear documentation and insight
  • Managing regulatory submissions, process controls, and DA oversight reporting requirements
  • Supporting audit coordination, including ELTO database oversight and interaction with operational licensing bodies

What you’ll need:

  • A strong understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory expectations, particularly in relation to Delegated Authority
  • Experience working in or around DA operations, compliance or governance functions
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholder input
  • A diplomatic and confident approach to stakeholder management, including with senior leaders and board-level contacts
  • The ability to review, interpret and present complex information clearly and accurately
  • Comfortable working independently with a high level of diligence and accountability
