Delegated Authority Team Leader

They are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to be their technical lead in their Delegated Authority Team. In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing offshore resources for the production of delegated authority data within their Bordereaux team. You'll manage Written, Premium, and Claims Bordereau, conduct technical analysis, and handle reporting, all in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely production of bordereaux by overseeing offshore resources assigned to your accounts.
• Manage queries, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure swift resolution.
• Host regular stakeholder meetings to strengthen relationships with capacity providers, brokers, and underwriters.
• Handle payments to carriers and third parties, including reconciliation of trust accounts.
• Provide insights and support for key departmental technology projects.
• Assist with external audit requirements and timeline management.
• Conduct ad-hoc queries and analysis of the insurance book, exception reporting, and query resolution.
