This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most ambitious and fast-growing syndicates in the Lloyd’s market. With a clear mandate for growth and strong backing, this is a great time to join the business and play a key role in shaping how delegated data is managed across the Syndicate.

Working closely with senior stakeholders including the CUO, COO and Syndicate Manager, this is a broad and hands-on position offering real influence. You’ll be joining at a formative stage in the Syndicate’s journey, with the chance to help embed the right practices and controls that will support scalable and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the mapping and validation of risk and claims bordereaux using Intrali, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data processing
  • Maintain a centralised repository of bordereaux data to support reporting, analytics and decision-making
  • Identify data quality issues, working to resolve discrepancies and enhance data completeness
  • Enrich data to improve the value and usability of bordereaux reporting across the business
  • Collaborate across functions, working with underwriting, operations and syndicate leadership to support delegated data workflows

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in a Delegated Authority or Bordereaux Analyst role within the insurance market, ideally in Lloyd’s
  • Working knowledge of bordereaux processes and bordereaux management tools such as Intrali
  • Strong Excel skills with a good understanding of data manipulation, cleansing and reconciliation
  • A proactive mindset and keen attention to detail when working with data
  • Confident communicator, able to work across teams and manage multiple priorities
