We are delighted to be working with a global insurer on their search for a Delegated Claims Analyst.
In this role, you will be joining a small, experienced team with lots of opportunity to develop, grow, and take on more responsibility. You will be working closely with a highly experienced Senior Delegated Claims Analyst and be responsible for supporting their outsource team with query resolution of claims bordereaux mapping and processing, maintaining oversight of their performance against SLAs and KPIs.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for claims bordereaux oversight, this includes monitoring of quality and timeliness of presentation from all MGAs and TPAs.
- Coordination of referrals, acting as a gatekeep for Claims Experts
- Responsible for the completion and submission of regulatory returns
- When required, deputise, for the Senior Delegated Claims Analyst by engaging in and keeping informed of the market.

This role would ideally suit someone with previous experience with claims bordereaux management and a strong understanding of Lloyd's reporting standards for claims bordereaux data. Along with knowledge and working experience of data visualisations tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
French and/or Spanish language skills would be advantageous, but not essential for the role.
