Delegated Claims Specialist

An exciting opportunity to join an insurance company with both Lloyd’s and Company market platforms within a growing Claims Delegated Authorities team.

This role comes with senior international exposure through close contact with the Deputy Global Head of Claims Operations and the Heads of Programmes for both EMEA and USA. 

Day to day, you will be working closely with Senior Delegated Specialist, who has a wealth of market knowledge and excellent experience mentoring and developing a team.

Within this position you will need to be adept at communicating with people on all levels in a matrix environment and you will take an element of ownership for support the company’s objective for the TPA/coverholder function.
 
You will be responsible for:

• Completing due diligence analysis for both new and renewed agreements for MGAs and TPAs.
• Partnering with the delegated underwriting and operational teams to deliver a consistent approach across the Company
• Setting up new TPA contracts and coordinating the on-boarding process
• Supporting the ongoing review of the company’s selected TPA panel aligning all partners to company ethos and philosophies
• Overseeing the coordination of claims audits
• Monitoring performance of TPA partners to identifying trends and recognise under-performance, sharing recommendations to relevant stakeholders and ensuring remedial work

 
We are looking for someone that is either coming from a delegated underwriting, delegated claims, or claims operations background, that has an understanding of Lloyd's minimum standards for managing third party relationships and having worked within DA frameworks.
