Delegated Portfolio Risk Operations Lead

Our client a leading reinsurer are looking to hire a Portfolio Risk Operations Lead within the Delegated Authority division.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee operational support for delegated classes of business, including binding authorities and lineslips
• Manage compliance with company standards, ensuring data quality and policy adherence
• Build and maintain relationships with Coverholders, MGAs, and TPAs, managing due diligence and annual reviews
• Collaborate across departments to align processes and implement regulatory directives
• Drive operational efficiencies; lead improvements, enhance systems, and champion cost-efficiency initiatives
• Support statutory and regulatory reporting while ensuring systems remain fit for purpose
• Leverage outsourcing to enhance processes and achieve results
