Key responsibilities:
• Extracting, downloading and chasing bordereaux to ensure timely and complete submissions
• Managing the upload and mapping process within the binder management system, including resolving queries and reviewing exceptions
• Liaising with internal teams, Coverholders, Brokers and DCAs to maintain data accuracy and uphold contract terms
• Providing bordereaux status updates and financial summaries to Underwriting teams and other stakeholders
• Supporting documentation and optimisation of internal processes and procedures
• Assisting with reporting, data insights and delegated authority projects as required
Experience required:
• Strong Excel and data management skills
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
• A collaborative approach and keen eye for detail
• A proactive attitude with a desire to contribute to the improvement of processes and systems
