Key responsibilities:

  • Support accurate mapping and data oversight using bordereaux management systems
  • Work with internal teams and brokers to resolve bordereaux queries and track outstanding items
  • Assist in maintaining coverholder compliance through monitoring internal and Lloyd’s systems
  • Review and approve binding authorities on delegated contract oversight platforms
  • Support audit activities including scheduling, report management and liaising with external auditors
  • Coordinate underwriting visit schedules and assist with report follow-ups

What you’ll need:

  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
  • Some knowledge of the Lloyd’s market or delegated authority processes desirable
  • Ability to work confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Motivated, organised and comfortable working to deadlines
