Arthur Financial is a well-established and growing insurance recruitment business seeking to add a trainee to their team.
The position will support a Manager in their activities to secure talent solutions and provide advice to some of the World’s best-known insurance businesses as well as boutique clients.
Receiving both on the job and external training, the Delivery Consultant will be well positioned to succeed. The following duties will be incorporated into the role but are not exhaustive:
Arthur Financial prides itself on being trusted advisors in their given markets. Applicants will need to be interested in a career in recruitment, particularly in a niche market which requires dedication to develop the required industry knowledge.
Hard working, strong communication skills and resilience are also key. Qualified to degree level in any subject or prior sales experience from any sector is preferred.
