Having been established for many years, they have built up an exciting clientle across general insurance, Lloyd's market and life insurance. Their projects include ERM and governance, operational resilience, third party risk management, actuarial and ESG/Sustainability.
The successful individual should have a proven track record of leading successful change projects in the insurance and financial services sectors. The individual should also have experience of managing client relationships in a professional services environment, and be able to demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. The individual should be able to think strategically, be commercially astute and have a passion for helping clients to achieve their desired transformation outcomes.
