An exciting opportunity to be a part of the Internal Communications team for a global and dynamic insurance group.
The Employee Engagement Manager will be working on group wide, global initiatives. Creating, producing and delivering engaging internal communications using a variety of media.
Some of the communications include D&I, company integrations, expansions, transformations, employee engagement and much more.
This is a dynamic role that requires a dynamic personality. Someone who is ready to make an impact and is excited to share their ideas and dive into this role.
About the role:
Work alongside the Director of Employee Engagement to deliver internal communications across the group
Deliver employee campaigns that inspire employees to be engaged
Create a content roadmap for internal communication channels
Report, Monitor and Analyse campaigns
Drive awareness and action across the group
Bring your ideas to life
Align initiatives with the company brand, strategy and values
Create and maximise content as a content curator
Workshop and develop innovative ideas
Maintain up to date with the latest digital communication trends
Use feedback from stakeholders and analyse data to optimise initiatives and gain insights
Be creative!
Skills and Experience
Proven ability managing and delivering effective communications across large organisations
Past experience working in a communications role, as a content creator or other relevant positions
Experience of working in a global organisation, in any industry/ sector
Past experience working with large-scale employee engagement initiatives
Experience working with tools such as (but not limited to);
In Design, Video, email marketing tools, social media and digital
Excellent influencing skills
Strong Copy writing and proofreading skills
Keen eye and understanding of identifying inspiring content, and curating it.
Ability to communicate and liaise with stakeholders across the business
Creative and lateral thinking
Comfortable being hands-on whilst being strategic
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to multi task and deliver multiple project simultaneously
Ability to connect colleagues with strategies, campaigns and content
Highly organised
Positive attitude, eager to learn and enjoys diving into their work
