Energy Underwriting Assistant 

A top quartile Lloyd's syndicate is partnering with Arthur to recruit an Underwriting Assistant for their Energy team.
Based in the City of London, you will report into the Class Underwriter writing a broad range of energy risks, coverage for all aspects of upstream and midstream energy operations, including renewables.

You will support the Underwriters by managing accounts, preparing information packs for new business & renewals, pricing / quoting business, analysis of claims history, broker relationship management and other ad-hoc duties. My client is invested in developing employees and offer outstanding routes to progress within the business. 

The ideal candidate will be:

• Educated to degree level.
• Have some experience already in the insurance industry preferably in Lloyd’s.
• Someone that has a strong desire to work in Underwriting, specifically energy.
• Smart, personable and motivated.
