Overview: The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is part of our clients Group Risk Function, comprising three teams: Insurance Risk, Financial and Market Risk, and Enterprise Risk. This role offers opportunities for personal growth and collaboration across the Group Risk Function's three pillars. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in completing quarterly Risk and Control Assessments, ensuring data accuracy.
Monitor and manage reported Risk Incidents across the group.
Aid in the development and integration of Risk Appetite statements and metrics.
Monitor and track risk management actions, addressing overdue actions.
Contribute to timely risk reporting for CROs, Executive Risk Committee, and Boards.
Review and enhance Risk policies and frameworks.
Prepare deep-dive reports to support proactive risk management.
Monitor and report on emerging risks and opportunities.
Foster a strong risk culture through engagement with business areas.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 1 year in the Insurance industry, preferably Property & Casualty insurance, with knowledge of insurance company operations and processes.
A degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not mandatory (Science, Maths, Economics, Business, or Social Science).
CII qualifications or other relevant certifications are a plus, and support for further study will be provided upon successful hiring.
