An opportunity is available for a Finance Business Analyst to join a Lloyd's Syndicate within it's growing Change Management function. This role will be delivering on various projects including IBNR, Ledger, TMS, Payroll, and Finance Warehouse initiatives.
You will be working closely with finance and business teams to gather requirements and present new opportunities/ideas to senior stakeholders. They are keen for a self-starter and creative candidate for this role, who ideally comes from an accountancy or finance background.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements
- Provide solutions to support strategies and ensure technology is being used effectively
- Deliver on finance transformation projects from the initial idea through to implementation
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Experienced Finance Business Analyst working within the Lloyd's/London Market
- Project experience includes delivering on finance transformation projects from the discovery phase through to go live
- Experience working within an Agile environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
