A London Market Insurer operating across multiple jurisdictions have an opening for a Finance Manager within the grwoing finance team of one of their leading entities who are currently going through exciting automation and digital change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial operations, including monthly reporting, statutory compliance, and audits.
  • Enhance financial systems and documentation while ensuring adherence to FRS, IFRS, and Solvency II standards.
  • Cultivate stakeholder relationships and provide accurate data to inform business decisions.
  • Manage special projects as needed and deliver updates at committee meetings
  • Lead and enthuse a small team, providing continuous mentorship and development to juniors through training, periodic appraisals and championing growth. 

You must be;

  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate at all levels.
  • Proficient in IT, with programming skills or a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable with peer feedback and challenging ideas constructively.

This is an ideal role for a bright, forward thinking Finance Manager already working within the Insurance Market who enjoys mentoring and managing a small team along side and has a strong technical financial reporting skill set. 

Package on offer is up to £110k + bonus, benefits and hybrid working model.
