Arthur Financial have partnered with a leading insurance group based in London to support with their search for an experienced Finance Operations Senior Manager for an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
You will be part of the Finance Operations team that sits within International Finance, and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Treasury and Accounts Payable teams and support the Head of International Finance Operations with change and project initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
Support the Head of International Finance Ops with embedding functional alignment and standardised Fin Ops processes across multiple locations in Europe.
Build strong senior stakeholder relationships within and outside Finance
Treasury management
People management
Lead the team in London on the following:
Intercompany and external payment processes
Maintain banking relationships
Maintain short term liquidity across all international ops
Monthly cashflow, reporting and forecasting
Maintain banking mandates
Accounts payable
Processing and management of vendor and personal expense invoices and payments
Monthly reporting close processes
Balance sheet reconciliations
Skills & Experience
Qualified Accountant (5+ years post qual experience)
