Arthur Recruitment have partnered with a growing insurer to support with their search for an experienced Finance Transformation Accountant to join for an initial 6-month contract. This is an important role, as the business are in a sustained period of growth, and they need someone with strong background in implementing finance transformation programs within the insurance sector. The successful candidate will be required for a minimum of 6-months and will be based in the office on a hybrid working pattern (2 days per week). Main Responsibilities
Lead the design, creation, and implementation of a new finance target operating model across the group.
Document the TOM.
Design financial processes, controls, and procedures.
Lead sourcing of appropriate financial systems.
Help design training programs and deliver training for staff.
Investigate current financial systems of target brokers being acquired and design and run integration into wider TOM.
Skills & Experience
Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
Prior experience in implementing finance transformation program.
