Arthur is currently working with a Global, market leading non-life Insurance business to secure Financial Controller on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of all Accounting and Reporting with consolidation in IFRS and GAAP. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the Insurance market’s leading businesses in a role that offers more than just pure reporting, but also significant strategic engagement with the wider business.
Reporting to the CFO, you will be leading the delivery of all aspects of financial reporting to Lloyd’s for the Group, in addition to managing and mentoring experienced and junior team members. It is also highly desirable if you are familiar with Insurance or Financial Services.
You will provide oversight and technical review of various returns, improving and streamlining the control environment and production of analysis as well as working closely with the FP&A team to provide better understanding of results. And working with the FP&A manager to produce budgets & forecasts for the strategic business plan, as well as other analysis.
