Arthur Financial have partnered with a leading (Re)insurer to support with their search for an experienced Financial Controller with expertise in financial and sustainability reporting. This person will play a pivotal role in managing and streamlining ESG data and reporting processes using Workiva platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial and ESG reporting skills and hands-on experience with Workiva's ESG reporting tools. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders from across a number of business units in developing how the data requirements are defined for reporting purposes and take a lead role in ensuring correct configuration.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation of Workiva ESG to support reporting outputs
Build streamlined processes for the collection of ESG metrics and narrative reporting, whilst maintaining clear audit trails
Prepare and present training material to a wide range of users for the maintenance of tooling and ongoing reporting processes
Support the business in analysing and preparing data for reporting
Engage closely with the audit teams (external & internal) and support them through double materiality assessment & sustainability reports
