Financial & Enterprise Risk Manager:
I am working exclusively with an emerging Lloyds syndicate who are seeking a Financial & Enterprise Risk Manager. Having only been founded less than 15 years ago, they have grown to over $1bn in GWP and have over 200 employees.
This role steers towards the financial risk element with a rough split of 65% FRM & 35% ERM and a big push for this candidate to build the financial elements of the firm. Given this, you would be the SME to provide oversight on a range of departments such as Credit, Market, liquidity and Finance.
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000, 15-20% Bonus
