Are you ready to take the lead in shaping financial risk strategy within a dynamic and evolving insurance environment?

We’re looking for a Financial Risk Manager to join a Risk team and help drive effective oversight across core financial risk areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and make a meaningful impact on our business.

What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing key financial risk areas including capital, liquidity, reserves, investments, pricing, and reinsurance
• Providing insight and challenge on underwriting performance, business planning, and balance sheet strength
• Supporting risk assessments and stress testing activities within our enterprise risk framework
• Leading the development of internal and regulatory risk reports, including Solvency II-related reporting
• Contributing to the setting, communication, and monitoring of risk appetite across the business

What we’re looking for:
Strong background in financial risk, ideally in insurance or financial services
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Solvency II
Confident communicator with experience engaging senior leadership
Analytical mindset with an eye for detail and a proactive approach
