Key responsibilities: 

• Take ownership of the independent validation process for the internal model, ensuring it meets regulatory standards set by Lloyd’s and the PRA, including leading the annual update of operational risk parameters.
• Manage and coordinate external consulting partners to support successful and timely delivery of key risk and capital-related projects.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of risk appetite frameworks and associated risk metrics, helping to integrate these into business practices effectively.
• Support the execution of Risk and Control Assessments (RCAs), particularly across financial risk domains, while also addressing emerging threats and sustainability-related risk factors.
• Assist in the production and enhancement of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA), including the development and evaluation of stress scenarios and forward-looking risk analysis.
