Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite new and renewal business within delegated authority limits.
• Assess and price property risks, including commercial, industrial, and residential exposures.
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers and capacity providers.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide insights on claims, exposures, and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, delegated authority agreements, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience underwriting property risks within a binder/delegated authority environment.
• Knowledge of UK and international property markets.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
