A market leading Insurance brand are looking for Head of Data Platform to come in and oversee the growth of their group data capabilities.

This Head of Data Platform will own the performance, monitoring, execution and issue management for the Platform as well as creates and implement software and data engineering best practices and standards.

Essential skills of the Head of Data Platform:

• Well versed in Azure Data capabilities, including Azure Databricks
• Experience leading data function hierarchies 20+ in headcount
• Experience overseeing global teams
• Able to grow data capabilities across various global territories
• Comfortable working leading MSP vendor staff
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Insurance industry experience is a nice to have

Salary: £130,000 - £140,000 per annum
Location: Central London EC3A/Remote
Start Date: ASAP, up to 3 months notice period
