Job Summary: The Head of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) will lead and implement the ESG strategy across the UK business. This includes creating and executing a global ESG strategy, managing ESG data collection and validation, and supporting various stakeholder groups. Main Responsibilities:
Integration and Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability into business processes and decision-making.
Identify opportunities and establish partnerships with external organizations to support environmental and societal ambitions.
Reporting and Strategy:
Complete and submit all ESG reporting requirements, including reports to the Executive team and Board.
Support submissions to ESG ratings agencies and external benchmarking.
Maintain and update the UK ESG strategy, ensuring pillar leads drive actions and update deliverables.
Climate Change Transition:
Support the approach to climate change transition.
Skills and Experience:
Experience:
10+ years of experience shaping and driving a company’s ESG strategy.
Education:
Degree level education in an ESG-related subject.
