My client is a growing MGA that is going through an exciting restructuring, with this in mind they are now looking to hire a Head of 2nd Line Assurance to lead the team and report directly to the Chief Risk Officer.
This is a new team so the successful candidate must have a strong understanding of the controls environment, strong risk management skills, and a good understanding of the compliance requirements set out by Lloyd's and the FCA. Stakeholder management skills will also be available as the role will involve a hefty amount of business partnering with various functions.
