Arthur is partnered with a market-leading Insurance company who is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.
 
This is a pivotal role acting in a true partnering capacity, providing both strategic and hands-on operational HR support across the business. You will be responsible for delivering and embedding the company HR & Culture Strategy across business areas, ensuring alignment with the broader Lloyd’s Market Culture Strategy.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and implement the HR & Culture strategy in line with group priorities
  • Advise managers on HR matters including ER, performance, and change management
  • Lead recruitment efforts aligned with company values and best practices
  • Analyse workforce data to inform decisions and highlight trends
  • Identify and resolve HR issues proactively
  • Contribute to learning and development initiatives and deliver manager training
  • Coach leaders to strengthen people management skills
  • Support succession planning and leadership development
  • Manage TUPE processes and integration activities
  • Lead or assist on HR projects such as restructures and redundancies
