IBA technician Role

Essential requirements:

Take responsibility for collecting premiums and processing claims to ensure that any outstanding brokerage or debt adheres to company procedures
Assist the IBA Team in reconciling any unmatched cash according to company protocols.
Prevent funding discrepancies whenever possible, but if unavoidable, assist the IBA team in resolving funded balances in accordance with company guidelines.
Ensure timely settlement of outstanding balances within agreed-upon dates and service level agreements.
Generate required statements as agreed upon with trading partners within specified timeframes as per company procedure
