Arthur is partnering with a leading international insurer in their search for a Insurance Risk Manager to join their Risk Management function in a quantitative role offering exposure across the business.
Working in a team of 8 people, you will be given ownership of individual projects as well as collaborating with others in the team (and across the business) to look at risk management deep dive reviews which have recently included emerging risks, reserving and capital allocation projects and reinsurance purchasing. Alongside these reviews, you will share responsibility for internal model validation processes, taking ownership of individual risk areas rather than having to take on the entire process, allowing time for the project work mentioned.
With exposure to the company's Lloyd's and European platforms in this role, you will contribute to and present reports to stakeholders at all levels of the business and have the opportunity to support the business planning process.
