Job Advert: Interim Conduct Analyst (12-Month FTC)

I am seeking an Interim Conduct Analyst to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will provide essential support across Customer Success, whilst the incumbent is on maternity leave.

Rather than a direct replacement, they're looking to bring in an extra pair of hands to help manage workload across the team—particularly in areas related to customer journey mapping, claims, complaints handling, and general conduct matters.

What they're Looking For: We’re open to a range of backgrounds, but ideally, you’ll bring experience in one or more of the following:

  • Customer journey mapping
  • Claims and/or complaints handling
  • Conduct or compliance-related roles within insurance or financial services

You’ll be joining a collaborative team during a key time, making a meaningful impact from day one.
