International Compliance Manager London - Hybrid Duties:
Support implementation of compliance plan to ensure compliance with U.S. & European applicable regulation.
Implement systems and controls, including policies and procedures.
Provide input to the Group Compliance Monitoring Programme.
Undertake regulatory monitoring of international regulatory developments.
Provide regulatory advice to business stakeholders.
Support the Head of in preparing updates and reporting in relation to international compliance matters.
Help team members maintain licensing records required.
Experience:
Experience in a similar Compliance role within the Insurance market is essential.
Strong knowledge of international regulatory and compliance requirements.
Have an excellent understanding of international regulatory frameworks, with an ability to swiftly understand the requirements and regulatory landscape of new jurisdictions.
Broad generalist compliance experience covering licensing, sanctions & financial crime, data protection and compliance assurance required.
Specific experience in the North America, Australia and/or European insurance markets would be highly beneficial.
