Investment Risk Analyst

I am working with a Global specialty insurer, seeking an analyst to support their Investment Risk team. The role entails analysing Investment and Credit risk exposures, model testing/validation and managing asset portfolio. Despite having a global team, this role will report directly to the UK CRO.

All modeling aspects is done by the Investment Risk team which includes Capital Modelling and portfolio/asset modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Credit and Investment Risk reporting
• Support Model development and Validation
• Contribute towards tool development and data analysis

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience, preferably within Insurance
• Strong modeling/database knowledge - Python, R,SQL, Igloo
• Knowledge of Investments
• Background within data analytics
